Productised SaaS Builds · £4,999 · 7 Days
Build it in
seven days.
I build production-ready SaaS MVPs in seven days for solo founders and non-technical product owners. £4,999 flat. One slot per month. Your code in your GitHub from day zero.
Proof, not promises · 13 live products built solo in 2026
Click any. Every URL loads. Every site takes payment. No demos, no mockups.
Method
Seven days. Same shape every time.
A week is enough because the stack is repeatable. Next.js + Vercel + Supabase + Stripe + Resend + Gemini — same on every product. By the fourteenth build, I'm not solving novel problems any more. The week goes into the bit that actually matters: your specific user journey.
01
Scope on day 0
30-min Loom call. We agree the exact day-7 deliverable in writing. If we can't fit it in 7 days, I refuse the engagement.
02
Build days 1–6
Daily progress Loom (3-5 min). You see the build land, you flag concerns, we don't do live calls during the build week.
03
Handoff day 7
Live URL, GitHub repo access, Vercel access, brief docs, recorded walkthrough. Your code, your infrastructure, your customer.
04
30-day support
Anything that breaks, I fix it. Bug-fix only — new features quoted separately. After day 30 you're on your own (or come back for another slot).
What's included
Everything you need to launch.
- Landing page (editorial dark theme as starting point, mobile-responsive)
- ONE end-to-end core flow — your choice (form-to-AI / upload-to-PDF / booking / calculator / marketplace)
- Auth (passwordless magic-link via Resend)
- Stripe Checkout (one-off OR subscription, fully wired)
- Supabase database — your project, your billing
- AI integration (Gemini or OpenAI — your API key, your bill)
- Two transactional emails (welcome + receipt)
- Domain pointed to Vercel + DNS configured
- GA4 + one primary conversion event
- Code pushed to your GitHub from day 0
- 30-day bug-fix support window
- 30-min handoff Loom on day 7
What's not
I won't lie about scope.
- ·Logo / brand identity design (you supply, I wire it in)
- ·Long-form copywriting / SEO articles
- ·Multi-tenant team accounts (solo users only)
- ·Mobile apps (web only — but mobile-responsive)
- ·Compliance audits (GDPR / SOC2 / ISO)
- ·Ongoing maintenance after the 30-day support window
- ·Anything I can't ship cleanly in 7 days
If you need any of these, I'm not your person. Agencies that do that work charge £15-40k for it — they're correct to. What I sell is different: productised, fixed-price, fixed-window.
Pricing
One charge. No subscription.
One personal slot per month. Full payment upfront via Stripe. 24-hour cooling-off after payment, non-refundable after the kickoff Loom. If I miss day 7 by more than 3 calendar days, full refund regardless of build state.
7 days, one core flow, your GitHub, your domain, your Stripe.

Common questions, answered straight.
How can a SaaS take 7 days when freelancers quote 4-6 weeks?+
The freelancer is solving plumbing problems for the first time on each project. I've solved them 13 times this year. The auth flow, Stripe webhooks, AI integration, deployment pipeline — all on rails. The week goes entirely into the bit that's product-specific. That's the whole productisation argument.
What if my idea is too big for 7 days?+
I refuse the engagement. If we can't write the day-7 deliverable in one paragraph during the intake call, the scope is wrong. Better to decline than mis-deliver.
What about design? My brand needs to look good.+
I use the editorial dark theme you see on this page as a starting point. If you have logo / colours / fonts, I wire them in. If you don't, you can swap them in later — your code is yours from day zero. I don't do logo design or brand identity work.
What stack? Can we use [my preferred tech]?+
Stack is fixed: Next.js 16 + Vercel + Supabase + Stripe + Resend + Gemini (or OpenAI). 7 days only works because the stack is the same every time. If you want something else, the productised price doesn't apply — and there are agencies better suited to bespoke stack choices.
Who actually writes the code?+
Me. One personal slot per month. If demand exceeds that, I co-deliver with one of my vetted partner devs (with disclosure) — but I stay technical lead and your point of contact for the engagement.
What if I don't like the result?+
30-day bug-fix support, plus the refund clause: if I miss the day-7 delivery by more than 3 calendar days for any reason on my side, full refund regardless of state. I've never used this clause but it's there.
